Growth Track guides you to discover your redemptive purpose and live the life God created for you.
The Growth Track is made up of four steps that equip you to:
1) connect to the church, 2) discover the strengths of your purposeful design, 3) develop your personal leadership, and 4) use your God-given gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.
Step 1: Becoming a Partner
Connect with The Bridge and discover the ins and outs of the church, learn details about beliefs, leadership and church government, how we handle money, and how we intentionally organize our church. You will also have the opportunity to become a Bridge Partner.
Step 2: Discover Your Design
Dive into the details of your personality, discover your gifts, and see how your design reveals your purpose in life and your best fit in ministry.
Step 3 & 4: Develop Your Leadership/
Join a Team
Find out what it means to be a leader at The Bridge and connect to the opportunities available at The Bridge to live out your purpose and serve others by using your God-given gifts.
